Mallow Island
Mallow Island is an ecological and autonomous floating smart city project based on SPERS technology. The community was developed in accordance with the sustainable course of mankind to be green and reduce CO2 emissions.
A feature of the project is such indicators as: eco-friendliness to the environment, complexity, semi-autonomy, multifunctionality and safety. And also the ability to assemble at any location, in any country where there the water space is big enough.
A change in the format of residential complexes is a global trend in Ukraine. It's not infill development that is becoming more and more popular, but multifunctional projects containing a well-developed infrastructure. Nowadays any modern complex should be built with the same approach as a five-star hotel. “My home is my hotel” is the slogan of modern housing, which is dictated by a new reality.
