This project was designed as a summer residence for a young family who loves to travel. Free layouts, flowing spaces and an indoor pool with a hammam are designed to emphasize the owner's lifestyle and his freedom-loving nature.

Flat roofs, ventilated facades, smart home systems, large terraces, panoramic glazing and overhead light in the living room are essential attributes of the modern style of such a house. Modern interior finishing materials complement the overall picture.

A large site on the bank of the river, a relatively gentle relief and a good orientation to the cardinal points (southeast) give additional advantages to the house. The main frontal view is deployed to the river. Space and volume are the main qualities that the owner of the house prefers.
