The modular construction technology was used for the design of the house, and the combination of a wooden frame with metal posts and beams made it possible to erect a modern structure of the building's facades.

Panoramic sliding windows, HPL technologies of the building facades and post-and-beam structure complemented the modern look, giving the owners a feeling of ф complete freedom and unity with nature. Wide terraces visually flow into the landscape, actually becoming a part of it.

Large openings in the canopy above the terraces are designed to provide the necessary amount of sunlight for the interior of the house. An automatic system of awnings or blinds can be installed there without any problems, if the owners decide to shade the terrace.
